01

Set the dues

A fixed amount, a rate per square meter, or a manual amount for one apartment.

02

Upload the statement

PDF, DAT, or JSON from the building account.

03

Confirm the suggestion

A line is offered against a charge or an expense. You confirm it, then issue a numbered receipt.

Report for the meeting

The yearly PDF is ready for the meeting. An administrator can also generate a one-page infographic with AI.

What the committee does here

One place for what came in, what went out, and what you can show the building.

Suggests the match. You confirm.

Upload a PDF, DAT, or JSON statement. Each line is offered against a payment or an expense using the amount, the date, and the reference. Nothing is recorded until you confirm, or you open a new payment or expense from that line.

Dues the way the building charges

Fixed fee, per square meter, or a manual amount. Apartment size is on the record, so a per-meter rate has somewhere to land.

A receipt with a number and a signature

Recorded payments get a yearly sequence, like 2026-0018. Upload the committee signature once and it prints on the PDF.

A yearly report, and an AI page when you want one

Income, expenses, and a month-by-month view download as PDF for the meeting. When AI image generation is switched on, an administrator can add a one-page infographic of that same year.

Who changed a record

An audit trail you can export, and a way to revert an entry. Owner, admin, and resident each have their own permissions. Download or restore a JSON backup of the building from settings.

Residents see their own account

After they sign in: balance, history, and receipts, plus announcements and a maintenance request. From the finance screen, open a WhatsApp reminder that is already filled in for someone with a phone number.

The chat is not the ledger

WhatsApp holds the conversation. A spreadsheet holds a file one person understands. Here you can see who owes, what arrived, which bank line it matched, and who changed it.

Committees compare tools such as Bllink, Hombi, HomeNet, Livy, Va'ad Hacham, VaadPlus, and VaadPro. Binyan is built for the records: statement import with suggested matches, numbered receipts, and an audit trail.

The money stays in the building account

You record what the building received. The app does not collect the dues for you, and it does not take a share of them.

Before you start

The practical questions a treasurer asks.

How do I start?+

Create an account, add the building and apartments, set the dues, and invite the people who should sign in.

How are committee dues set?+

Pick a fixed amount, a rate per square meter, or an amount for one apartment. The money stays in the building's bank account. This app records what was received.

How does a bank statement get in?+

Upload a PDF, DAT, or JSON file. Each line is suggested against a charge or an expense using the amount, the date, and the reference. Nothing is recorded until you confirm.

Can we record expenses?+

Yes. Open an expense from a bank line, or record an expense and match it later. The yearly report shows expenses as well as what came in.

What does a resident see?+

After sign-in: their balance, payment history, and receipts, plus announcements and maintenance requests they open.

What does it cost a self-managed committee?+

It is free. There is no subscription. The app does not collect the dues and does not take a share of them. For management companies and several buildings, that is coming soon.

Bring a clearer report to the next meeting.

Early access is open. Add the building, or log in if you already have an account.
